Autism Meets (stand D6), in partnership with Brain in Hand, is a place where anybody, autistic people and non-autistic people, can meet and speak with people on the spectrum.

A whole range of questions can be asked and advice sought, and someone will always be available to answer your questions or field them to the right person.

Autistic speakers from The Hub: Theatre 1 will also be based in Autism Meets and will be happy to answer any questions which you may have following their presentations.

Brain in Hand is a digital self-management support system for people who need help remembering things, making decisions, planning, or managing anxiety. It’s not condition-specific, but is often used by people who are autistic or managing anxiety-related mental health challenges. Combining practical human support and digital self-management technology, Brain in Hand helps people live more independently.

Brain in Hand’s system is approved by government departments and in use throughout health, social care and higher education settings across the UK. See them on stand F4.
